ConfecECO was specially developed for up-and-coming companies and manufacturers who aim to boost their productivity while relying on the renowned WDS quality.

Depending on the weight and size of the product, solid and filled gum and jelly products – with or without additives – can be produced at a capacity of approximately 100,000 pieces per hour.

The plant concept integrates three potential expansion stages: commencing with automated mass dosing, progressing to automated cooling, and culminating in a complete production line with a product demoulding unit.

ConfecECO's modular design enables the plant to undergo future upgrades to higher levels of automation or expansion.
